  • To provide case workspaces, OCR, AI-assisted analysis, draft generation, checklists, deadlines, account security, support, and administration.

  • To send transactional emails such as magic links, account security messages, support responses, and future deadline reminders if enabled.

Service providers

  • The app may send uploaded document content, extracted text, prompts, and user instructions to AI/OCR providers when you request analysis or scanning.
  • The app may use hosting, database, email, deployment, monitoring, payment, and support providers to operate the service.
  • We do not sell user case documents or use uploaded legal/financial documents for third-party advertising.

Your choices

  • You can choose what documents and facts to upload, whether to use OCR/AI features, whether to enable 2FA, and whether to use magic links.
  • You may request support with account access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, and operational limits.
  • Do not upload information that you do not want processed by the service or its necessary providers.
